You can tell the therapist your problem sites and discuss what would be the best type of massage may help you.
- How soon can I schedule an appointment?
It depends on your schedule and what therapist you’d want. Appointments are available most days except not on Sunday.
- How long will my appointment last?
Most appointments are 1 hour unless specified by the client for more or less.
- Can I request which areas I want worked?
Yes you may request areas of concentration, ie. Back and legs , neck and shoulders. Etc.
- Do I have to pay at time of service?
Yes payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, check, credit card.
- How long are gift certificates valid and are they refundable?
Gift certificates are valid 6 months. They are not refundable, but transferable.
- Will I have burns from the Healing Stone Massage?
No the therapist will test them by touching your skin prior to placement.
- How do I know the essential oils are safe for use?
Where do you get your oils from? We get our oils from Young Living and they have been thoroughly tested.
- What are the benefits from using essential oils and are all oils the same?
The benefits of essential oils are many depending on the oil you choose to use. Ex. Lavender…Supports the skin, helps replenish and protect it. Maintains healthy lung function; supports the immune system. Antiseptic, calming, relaxing and balancing. Oregano maintains healthy lung function. Powerful antioxidant; supports the immune system. Deeply cleansing. Promotes a feeling of security.
- How soon can I expect my order to be filled?
Orders will be filled within 3 to 5 business days depending on what is ordered.
- Can I order gift certificates online?
Yes you may order gift certificates online and they are valid for 6 months. If payment is by credit card they will be mailed in 2 business days.
